Cualquier información que usted brinde a BIOECO (Inversiones Corporativas Bioeco S.A.) será tratada con extrema cautela y confidencialidad; no será utilizada sin su aprobación. BIOECO (Inversiones Corporativas Bioeco S.A.) respeta la solicitud por parte de contribuyentes de no compartir su nombre con otras organizaciones, grupos afines o cualquier otra persona.

Políticas de entrega:
El pago realizado debe corresponder por un servicio de reforestacion y mantenimiento de la reforestacion a BIOECO (Inversiones Corporativas Bioeco S.A.) , los arboles deberan de estar ya sembrados o ser sembrados en un plazo no menor a seis meses.

Garantías:
En cuanto a un período de garantía, BIOECO (Inversiones Corporativas Bioeco S.A.) se compromete a el mantenimiento de su arbol por 6 años, salvo por la pérdida natural del árbol por hecho de la naturaleza, caso fortuito o fuerza mayor, no será repuesta por Bioeco al Contribuyente.

Política de devoluciones:
Si al recibir la entrega de su producto o servicio no queda satisfecho, puede utilizar el plazo de 30 dias naturales siempre y cuando sea una escusa valida. Si usted realizó un pago en línea por error, puede solicitar el estudio del caso y su eventual devolución de dinero a info@bioeco.com, o bien, comuníquese con nosotros al tel. (506) 2201-1528.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions Of its contribution to the environmental services of Bioeco to reforest
the humid tropical forest.

Through this contribution will sponsor the conservation efforts of Bioeco. Particularly the services tending towards the planting and caring a tree in benefits of the humid tropical forest of Costa Rica during a time of ten years. 

 

With this contribution will receive: 

• A Certificate in whichevident its Contribution to plant and take care of a tree in benefits of the humid tropical forest with specifications of the tree saved
• The exact locating of the coordinates of the tree (GPS).
• Digital Certificate.

The Taxpayer accepts and understands that will not be direct owner of the tree planted. Not having property neither rights of use or possession on the tree, will not be able to sell it, to market it, to destroy it neither to affect it negatively at no time. 

 

The natural loss of the tree by fact of the nature, unforeseen circumstance or forces greater, will be replaceby Bioeco to the Taxpayer. 

 

Taxpayer accepts that the services by fixation of carbon that offer the tree planted and the tropical forest in which is located, will be part of the Bank of Carbon of Bioeco, and they will not be able to be arranged or marketed by the Taxpayer. 

 

We’re concerned about the security and privacy of your information for which we maintain strict politics in that sense.
